Our Utilization and Quality Management programs promote the delivery of health care and services in an effective cost efficient manner. Our plan establishes a process that continually monitors and evaluates the adequacy and appropriateness of the deliver of health and services. The focus of the Utilizations and Quality Management programs works to prevent over and under utilization and inefficient use of resources.
Our Information Management Department works closely with all departments within the organization to produce valuable managerial reports. These reports are utilized by EMPs management staff to monitor progress and provide feedback to out health plan partners. Our state of the art software allows much flexibility and creativity in the customization of reports for our customers.
